INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CONSUMER

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day the product came into their possession.

The form can be submitted to the Merchant by e-mail or by post.

The consumer must return the product without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day they informed the Merchant of the withdrawal from the contract.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer, unless otherwise stated.

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.
